The cost of a dance floor wrap varies based on the size of the dance floor and the size of the dance floor decal. Please contact us for a personalized quote. 

The installation time depends on the size of the dance floor and the complexity of the decal but our setups usually take between 1 and 4 hours. 

Designing a decal/floor wrap usually takes a couple of weeks. This time varies depending on the amount of back and forth there is between us. We require everything to be finalized at least 3 weeks before the date of the event. 

Yes, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before your event (once the design has been finalized). For payment, we accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. 

You can choose to remove the dance floor wrap yourself or you can choose to have our team do it. If we remove it, our team of experts will ensure that the floor underneath is not damaged. Please make sure to let us know if you would like us to remove it and we will make arrangements to do so. 

Our team usually installs the vinyl floor wrap the morning of the event or the day before. It depends on the venue and when they allow us to set up. We will work with you and the venue to choose an installation time that works best for you. 

If you would like us to use a monogram that you already have (for example; one that you’ve used for your invitations), we will require you to send it to us as a vector file. As for the colour, we can do any colour and shade that you would like.  

If you choose to have our team remove the dance floor wrap, we will remove it the next morning or as soon as the event is over, depending on what the venue requires.
